Shipping And Defect Policy

Shipping policy:
  1. Select and place your order. Fill in your details as accurately as possible. Remember to include your shipping address (shipping costs for your own account) and any other information you may require on your invoice/ quote.
  1. Quotation will be sent to you.
  2. Upon receipt of payment, the product will be sent to you via Courier Guy (2-4 business days).
  3. Shipping date depends on availability of stock, but will be communicated throughout the process.

Return policy for defect items:
We strive to assist with any issues that may arise with the quality aspects of our products. Any damage or defect to the product that may have occurred during assembly or shipping, needs to be reported within 3 days of the delivery/ receipt date. No return or refund will be given thereafter. Any other defects after this time period will be assessed on a case to case basis, depending on the consultation outcome with our technical team.
